Linear bearings move along a singular axis on the linear motion system. Unlike ball bearings, linear bearings can run on various kinds of shafting from hardened to stainless steel. They are generally less rigid than ball bearings, do not require seals, bear wider temperature ranges, and are simpler to integrate into your existing systems.

Linear shafting is a hardened shaft or guide rod that carries your linear bearings to their desired destination.
