In the second quarter of 2024, the North American robotics market saw 7,123 robots ordered, valued at $489 million, representing a 9.7% decrease in units but a 6.9% increase in revenue compared to Q2 2023. For the first half of 2024, 15,705 robots valued at $983 million were ordered, marking a 7.9% decline in units and a 6.8% drop in revenue year-over-year. Notable growth occurred in the Food & Consumer Goods and Life Sciences sectors, while the automotive component and semiconductor industries faced significant declines.
