Building on the success of the Rizon 4, the Rizon 4s offers enhanced sensitivity for tasks that demand absolute precision.

Maintaining the same human-inspired design with seven degrees of freedom, the 4s features a greater reach and an additional 6DoF force/torque flange mounted sensor.

This enhances fine force sensing, control, and disturbance rejection, enabling precise multi-contact force control for delicate tasks like FPC/FFC insertion or micro-component placement, where high repeatability and end-effector feedback are crucial.

Bringing a level of ‘touch’ that surpasses that of a human, coupled with the flexibility to be mounted at any angle or on an AMR/AGV platform, the Rizon 4s unlocks new possibilities in automation.

For maximum user convenience, Flexiv offers two programming options:
