The Flexiv Rizon 4S adaptive robot is equipped with advanced built-in sensors, including additional 6DoF force/torque sensors at the flange. This enhances its fine force sensing and control capabilities, improves disturbance rejection, and allows for multi-contact force control. The Rizon 4S expands the range of applications for adaptive robots.

Engineered for high-performance force control, the Rizon 4S excels in complex environments and confined spaces because of its 7 degrees of freedom. Rizon 4S adaptive robot is ideal for high-precision assembly, high-curvature surface polishing, research & development, quality assurance testing, product testing, and operations tasks with high disturbances. Many of our customers successfully deployed the Rizon 4S adaptive robot for precision assembly, and surface finishing tasks, including polishing, buffing, grinding, and deburring across the automotive and electronics industry.
