  • Hotline - 844-4-ACIETA We’re here 24/7/365 to help make sure that your robot keeps running. If a call is not answered immediately due to call volume, we will return your call within one hour.
  • On-Site Support - If you need service or support onsite, we work to be there within 24 hours.
  • Equipment Redeploy - If your needs change once a system is in place, we can assist you in adding or modifying cell content and in redeploying existing cells to other locations within your plant.
  • Process Improvement and Upgrades - Acieta designs and builds modular robotic systems that can grow and expand to satisfy our customers’ changing needs and requirements. Just as you are always seeking ways to increase efficiencies in your plant and its processes, so do we. By starting with this in mind, we engineer systems that can readily accept the latest technological advancements to ensure that your processes always stay at the cutting edge of performance.
  • Equipment Preventive Maintenance - The better you take care of your equipment, the better it will take care of you. But most customers are struggling to do more with less support staff, so many times this important work is given a low priority. Acieta’s trained technicians can fill this role for you and take this worry off your mind.
  • Customer Satisfaction - We are very serious about customer service. As part of our ISO process, we interview our customers after they have had ample opportunities to run the system. We discuss how the project went, from the initial sales visit to the final acceptance and follow on service and parts performance. We incorporate this feedback into our processes in order to do the best job possible for our customers.
