SEIT100 provides proactive safety features including multiple 3D cameras, 360-degree LED strip for high-visibility indicator lighting, a configurable buzzer sound to alert operators and other staff, the latest lidar sensing technology, and rapid braking. When combined, these features allow for dynamic obstacle avoidance, allowing the SEIT100 robot to operate safely and seamlessly without accidents or injuries – even in busy warehouse environments. It is fully compatible with recent international safety standards.
Intelligent Navigation for Dynamic Working Environments
With intelligent navigation capabilities, SEIT100 robots can autonomously and safely navigate busy working environments. Our robots are capable of making dynamic decisions at any moment in time. If a person or an object is in its path, the robot will drive around the obstacle or determine an alternate route to its precise destination.
Fast, Automatic Charging for Reliable Operation
SEIT100 robots use modern battery technology and optimized automatic charging, so they never run out of battery in the middle of a job. Each robot can autonomously drive itself to a charging station when it best fits within its work schedule. SEIT100 robots can also be programmed to regularly recharge at set times. For multi-robot fleets, use Milvus Fleet Manager to evaluate each unit’s battery levels and job loads to ensure 24/7 continuous operation.
Flexibility and Full Integration with External Systems
SEIT100 offers a range of attachments and accessories that are specifically designed to work with the AMRs. Custom designed top modules can be developed if existing modules do not fulfill your material handling needs. In addition, our robots are easily integrated to your existing ERP/WMS systems with the help of Milvus Fleet Manager. Integrating your fleet with your existing management software allows for highly-efficient intralogistics.
