Linear motor Stage, rotary Stage and servo controller

In engineering applications, linear motion is a critical requirement that necessitates the integration of precise and reliable linear stages, linear motors, and rotary stages. However, engineers often encounter challenges in finding suitable spindles, guiding systems, measurement systems, and controllers, leading to significant efforts in construction, installation, and setup. This often results in unsatisfactory outcomes, including delays, ambiguities regarding responsibility and, in the worst-case scenario, the need for subsequent improvements at the customer's site. To mitigate such risks, Jenny Science offers a comprehensive portfolio of proven and standardized drive components for precise motion, including linear motor stages, rotary stages, servo controller and all available from a single source.

Linax® linear motor STAGES

One of the primary targets for the development of LINAX® linear motor stages is the minimum space requirement and less weight. In this way you can build your machines lighter, more compact and with higher efficiency.

Profit from the modular system of Jenny Science linear motor stages and reduce your development cycle. The LINAX® series are optimally tuned to one another with strokes of 44-1600mm and travel forces of 8-300N. From a single axis through fast pick & place handling up to portal gantry systems, the components are directly screwin via centering pins. These flexible and sophisticated construction possibilities are absolutely unique on the market. Additionally we offer you the suitable XENAX® servocontroller with Ethernet link to the established real-time Ethernet protocols. Thereby the time for both construction as well as for software development is reduced.

ELAX® DIRECT DRIVE LINEAR slide

These new, electric linear motor slides ELAX® Ex from Jenny Science are predestined for fast and precise pick and place units! Furthermore, the programmable force control processes open new application possibilities in handling, assembly and inspection. With these features the ELAX® linear motor slide also convinced the jury of the chamber of commerce and won the Swiss Innovation Award 2015! Moreover these components are extremely robust and sustainable. In our endurance tests they achieve over 350 million cycles under maximal stress and highest dynamics without re-lubrication or maintenance.

INTAX® - LINEAR MOTOR STAGE wiTH INTEGRATED SERVO CONTROLLER

New paths are created by walking them. The groundbreaking performance of this newly developed linear motor stage is characterized by its integrated compactness, achieved through the seamless incorporation of the servo controller, wiring, and cable management. This leap in design efficiency sets a new standard for miniaturization, enabling designers to construct machines and automated systems that are more compact and space-efficient. In contrast to traditional timing belts and spindle drives, this directly driven linear motor stage offers greater precision, speed, and quiet operation.

The axis includes Ethernet bus coupling with various protocols and connects directly to the PLC. Together with the PLCopen libraries, the axis can now be easily moved in Cyclic synchronised mode or Profile position mode.

With the connection to the 12V DC supply the axis is immediately ready for operation.

The absolute measuring system allows an immediate start without prior referencing.

rotax® rotary motor axis

The ROTAX® Rxhq 50 and 110 rotary motor axes with direct drives impress with their high torque values of 1/4.0 Nm and large hollow shaft diameters of 12/50 mm while maintaining compact external dimensions. The single-cable solution simplifies installation, and thanks to the absolute measuring system, reference runs for finding the zero point are no longer necessary. In combination with the XENAX® servo controller, multiturn absolute positioning can be achieved. The special motor Rxvp features a compressed air/vacuum feedthrough and fits perfectly onto the front flange of the ELAX® linear motor slide – making it ideal for pick-and-place applications.

XENAX® Servo controller

With the web browser (such as Firefox®, Chrome®, Edge®), the user navigates through the parameterization menu. The integrated web server in the XENAX® Ethernet servo controller from Jenny Science contains the HTML5 GUI WebMotion®. Never before has the set-up of a servo controller been easier! Already knew? In our video overview you will find practical and user-oriented recommendations, for example for TCP/IP connection, set-ups or programming.

Forceteq® Force Measurement Technology

With the worldwide unique, patented Forceteq® force-displacement measurement technology, forces can be measured directly with the XENAX® Xvi servo controller, without external sensors and evaluation devices. Inserted parts always have slight height differences. To compensate for this, a "touch position" is typically detected and the force-displacement measurement is started from this starting point. With Forceteq® technology, it is possible for the first time to perform comprehensive quality control during the running process.

With Forceteq® force measurement technology, force can be checked during the production process. Force-displacement diagrams can be captured and recorded for traceability.
