Description

The Sales Manager at Rainbow Robotics USA will develop business plans, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for robotic solutions. They will collaborate with technical teams, conduct market research, and oversee sales structures, with required travel and training.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans and promotional strategies for our robotic solutions.
  • Identify and manage relationships with new clients, overseeing the implementation of robotic systems.
  • Achieve monthly revenue goals and manage accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address client needs.
  • Attend a one-time 2-4 week training session in Korea during the initial phase of employment.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Establish and enhance sales organizations, leveraging a strong background in business planning and client acquisition.

Minimum Skills & Abilities

  • Language: Fluent in American English.
  • Other Requirements

- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

- Valid driver’s license.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Robotics.
  • Experience: 5-15 years of sales experience in the robotics or automation industry, focusing on multi-axis robotic arms or automation components.
