QTL Torque motor Series

The QTL 385 is one of the high-torque Tecnotion motor series. With a big inner diameter, it is very suitable to integrate into an (existing) application in a wide variety of markets like rotary indexing tables, printing machinery, and materials handling. It has a cooling ring, which should be closed with the housing, creating a cooling channel. It will deliver 407-560 Nm continuous torque and 1026-1368 Nm ultimate torque, depending on the motor height.

Ultimate torque: 1026 – 1368 Nm
Peak torque: 833 – 1111 Nm
Continuous torque: 407 – 560 Nm
The build heights are: 385-85 // 385-105

The QTL motor series are our largest torque motors, yet very compact for high torque density. The QTL is frameless and therefore can be integrated directly into the machine structure, while the spacious open inner diameter enables wire and cable feedthrough.
