Tecnotion Product

The QTR 133 is the second medium-range QTR motor. It covers the torque range from 2.6 to 21.9Nm. The largest 60mm high QTR 133-60 motor offers a peak torque of 35.3Nm. Different winding types make the motor suitable for a wide variety of semiconductor and robotics applications for low voltage or even 600V applications.
Ultimate torque: 5.6 – 55.5 Nm
Peak torque: 3.8 – 35.3 Nm
Continuous torque: 2.6 – 21.9 Nm
The build heights are: 133-17 //133-25 // 133-34 // 133-60
The direct-drive technology of brushless torque motors is an ideal way to enhance the productivity, accuracy, and dynamic performance of applications. This technology lowers costs, shrinks space requirements, and reduces wear and tear. Torque motors eliminate the need for mechanical transmission components such as gearboxes, belts, and speed reducers. This reduces transmission losses and eliminates the cost and maintenance required for additional components. And because there is no contact between the rotor and stator, there is no mechanical wear, meaning less maintenance and longer life.
The advantages of the QTR torque motor series are:
- Ultra-thin design
- Highest torque density in the market
- Low thermal resistance
- Low cogging value, low total harmonic distortion(THD)
- Encapsulated design
- Shielded cable with strain relief
- Low stator and rotor mass
- Large inner diameter
Various applications such as semiconductors, life science, machine tooling, printing, rotary tables, factory automation, and robotics benefit the QTR motor series.
