Biggest torque motors with space-saving electromagnetic design.
The QTL 485 is the largest of the high-torque Tecnotion motor series. It has a cooling ring, which should be closed with the housing, creating a cooling channel. It has the same efficient and space-saving electromagnetic design scaled up for even higher torque demands. With a big inner diameter, it is suitable to integrate into an (existing) application like rotary indexing tables, and materials handling. It will deliver 659-907 Nm continuous torque and 1651-2202 Nm ultimate torque, depending on the motor height.
Ultimate torque: 1651 – 2202 Nm
Peak torque: 1342 – 1789 Nm
Continuous torque: 659 – 907 Nm
The build heights are: 485-85 // 485-105
The QTL motor series are our largest torque motors, yet very compact for high torque density. The QTL is frameless and therefore can be integrated directly into the machine structure, while the spacious open inner diameter enables wire and cable feedthrough.
