The central drive unit's position is adjustable, allowing fixation at any point along the chassis's free length. Additionally, the TB30 conveyor offers the option of a brushless DC motor for applications requiring variable speeds. This energy-efficient motor and drive system can be manually controlled via an external controller or digitally through I/Os. For fixed-speed operations, the TB30 comes equipped with a 3-phase AC motor operating at 3x460V/60 Hz (also available at 3x400V/50Hz).

Compared to conventional asynchronous geared motors, significant electricity and cost savings are achievable. For instance, utilizing the TB30 conveyor in continuous 3-shift operation throughout a year can result in savings of 512 kWh of electricity and approximately 235 USD.

Available in standard widths ranging from 4.13 to 9.84 inches and with a maximum length of 32.8 feet, the TB30 conveyor can be configured as single-belt or double-belt. Moreover, a tandem chassis version, driven by a single motor, is offered for transporting larger pallets and other dimensionally stable products.
