The innovative design of the vertically sliding protective elements ensures swift access to the processing station during emergencies or maintenance tasks, all within a matter of seconds. Inside the columns, mobile counterweights are in motion, linked to the vertically sliding support beams via toothed belts and a deflecting roller.

Lifting and lowering the movable element is effortlessly accomplished. The synchronization of the movable support beam profiles is upheld by a synchronizing shaft.

At the core of our columns lies the Quick-Set assembly system, guaranteeing uncomplicated and rapid installation, even for retrofitting on existing machinery.
