The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) is recruiting US decision makers from within the automotive industry for a complimentary trip to attend the VTM 2024 Conference (March 26 and 27, 2024)  in Turin, Italy, 

This year marks the fourth edition of the VTM Conference, which is dedicated to the future of mobility and transportation, focused on EVs, hydrogen, circular economy, and eco-sustainable technologies.

The ITA sponsored trip to the VTM 2024 Conference is scheduled as follows:

·     March 25, 2024: Arrival in Italy from the US with transfer to the hotel in Turin
·     March  26 - 27, 2024: Participation at the conference and its B2B meetings 
·     March 28, 2024: Transfer from the hotel to the airport with return to the US

Approved US delegates will have the following costs directly covered by the ITA (*):

- Round Trip Economy Class Flight
- 3-night accommodations (including breakfast) in Turin at a 4-star hotel (check-in March 25, 2024 – check-out March 28, 2024)
- Lunches provided on conference site within its VIP lounge
