Excellent performance

Digital CNC cutting machines achieve precision cutting and fast, accurate production through customized software installed on the industrial computer. The industrial computer must have excellent computing performance, fast data processing, and stable real-time control capabilities.

High connectivity

Digital CNC machines need to be connected to multiple external devices to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the cutting process, including displays, COM, and DIO, so it requires rich I/O support.

High-performance for complex computing needs

The Cincoze DS-1201 supports a 9th/8th generation Intel® Core™ processor and up to 64GB DDR4 memory. It delivers exceptional computing performance to process real-time camera images captured during the cutting process and compare them with the design drawings, enabling the operator to monitor the cutting status actively. The DS-1201 fully meets the stringent requirements of digital CNC cutting machines in data transmission, high-speed image processing, and real-time recognition.

Rich I/O and expansion

The DS-1201 provides a variety of I/O interfaces, including six USB 3.2 ports for receiving images from industrial cameras, and one DVI-I and two DisplayPort display interfaces for easy connection to monitors to assist operators in monitoring and adjustment. The DS-1201 connects to the cutting machine control panel via the COM interface to execute real-time control commands, and the built-in PCIe expansion slot supports motion control cards for precise multi-axis control.

Rugged and reliable

The DS-1201 is designed for harsh industrial environments. Its wide operating temperature (-40°C-70°C) enables it to operate stably in a closed and hot digital CNC cutting machine, the wide voltage (9-48VDC) design can handle an unstable power supply, and the vibration and shock resistance (5G/50G) can reliably cope with the vibration during equipment operation. The DS-1201 has passed CE, UKCA, FCC, ICES-003 Class A, and other EMC certifications, meeting the requirements for long-term stable operation of industrial equipment. IEC/EN 62368-1 compliance ensures user safety and reduces the risks caused by the use environment, accidental operation, or equipment failure.
