All meetings will take place at the Clarendon Hotel, which is located in the heart of Old Quebec. This charming hotel is just a few steps away from the city's activities and attractions. This hotel offers a distinctive historic experience alongside the comfort and services of a 4-star property.
Room rate is available from April 24 to May 4, 2025 (the two days before and two days after the IVSM dates are available at the discounted rate, based on hotel availability). Please use the A3 IVSM Registration link to book your hotel.
Registration
The meeting is only open for in-person participation.
You must book both your meeting days and hotel sleeping rooms using this A3 registration form. All participants are requested to stay in the event hotel.
Pricing
Meeting Day(s): $160.74 USD per day
This includes meeting costs, continental breakfast, lunch, and break time refreshments each day, plus dinner on Wednesday, April 30 at Chateau Frontenac. This does NOT include the hotel sleeping room cost.
Hotel Sleeping Rooms: $142.23 USD per night

Group Dinner: Please join us at the beautiful Chateau Frontenac for dinner on Wednesday, April 30, starting at 7:00 PM. No additional fee for dinner.
Traveling to Canada
Citizens from EU countries, US and Japan do not require visa to enter Canada but a Canadian Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) might be needed. Check visa requirements.
