Room rate is available from April 27 to May 4, 2025 (the days before and after the IVSM dates are available at the discounted rate, but based on hotel availability).


Conference Fee: $160.74 USD per day.
This includes meeting costs, continental breakfast, lunch, and break time refreshments each day, plus dinner on Wednesday, April 30 at Chateau Frontenac.

If you are registering for the GigE Vision meeting on Friday, please plan to be there for the full day to allow the meeting to run with the full audience

Registrants can cancel until Friday, March 28, 2025, without charge. After that date, a $200 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after Monday, April 28, 2025.
