We have expanded our range of standard backlights by adding INFRARED models to our LT2BC and LTBP series.

LT2BC series are high uniformity continuous backlights while LTBP series are high power strobe only LED backlights design for high-speed applications.

APPLICATION EXAMPLES OF OUR INFRARED BACKLIGHTS INCLUDE:

Shape inspection or dimensional measurement on reflective metal parts where the infrared wavelength helps to reduce unwanted glare.

Inspection of fill levels in plastic packaging where the infrared wavelength is more easily transmitted through the packaging with respect to the visible.

Defects inspection on parts of different colors where the infrared wavelength will reduce color differences and highlight surface defects in monochrome images.
