Cleverly deflected beam paths allow inspection from two directions simultaneously, eliminating the need for repositioning. The 3D system precisely positions the VisionUnit over the contact elements, ensuring consistent measurements.

The system performs multiple quality checks in a single pass, including detection of bends in contacts and measurement of gap dimensions.
