MILLER ELECTRIC, FANUC, ROCKWELL AUTOMATION, AND APT MANUFACTURING TEAM UP TO OFFER WELDING CELLS
POSTED 04/05/2022
Industry partners Miller Electric, FANUC, Rockwell Automation, and APT Manufacturing Solutions have come together to offer new robotic welding cells.
The new MOD-WELD stations have several configurations to choose from. There are three versions of the fixed table station, two different rotary table stations, and two shuttle stations. Each station has a choice of robot or cobot, and upgrade options.
The pre-engineered design provides shortened turn-around time and reduced engineering costs. Employee protection is also at the forefront, with safety features such as sensored doors and tinted panels.
The MOD-WELD cells have a small footprint, easy set-up and maintenance, and a user-friendly HMI operator interface with storage for up to 100 recipes.
