Small customised ZM12 laser modules
Laser manufacturer Z-LASER enhances its laser series ZM12 with ZM12DM and ZM12DM5. The laser module ZM12DM is designed especially for industrial applications and is suitable as structured illumination for machine vision, medical science or 3D measurement. The smallest module is a ZM12DM5 in a M12 housing which has a length of only 45mm. It comes with modulation option up to 100kHz and has an integrated cable. If needed, every laser can be adjusted to the customer’s special needs.
The ZM12DM is available with red and infrared wavelengths (635-980nm) as well as an optical output of up to 80mW. A multiplicity of optics helps to adjust the laser to customer systems. The connection of the laser becomes simple – installation is possible via the M12 plug connection (machine tension and/or 5-30VDC) or in the form of the ZM18DM5 via its integrated cable (4-6VDC). The focus can be varied by external hexagon tool.
