HC-Series Collaborative Arc Welding Robots
Model: HC10DTP, HC20DTP
Designed to add robotic welding capacity to current production, the six-axis HC10DTP and HC20DTP collaborative robots enable operation with, or in close proximity to human workers. Well-suited for supplementing manual welding or for rolling up to large, heavy workpieces, these models can be easily repurposed to accommodate pressing market demands.
Precision hand-guiding facilitates easy programming for fast implementation of the robot system, while a pinch-less design featuring Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology constantly monitors force to quickly react to contact. Through-arm utilities hide cabling, including a Category 6 ethernet cable, and a rugged IP67 rating allows use in harsh welding environments. The HC10DTP and HC20DTP are available with Yaskawa’s Universal Weldcom Interface (UWI) that enables full control of any compatible power source brand using a common interface.
The HC10DTP model offers a 10 kg payload, and a 1200 mm horizontal and vertical reach. The HC20DTP model has a 20 kg paylaod, and a 1700 mm horizontal reach with a 3400 mm vertical reach.
