PL-Series Palletizing Robots

Highly versatile, these high-speed 4-axis robots are ideal for a range of palletizing applications, as well as order picking and other logistical tasks for end-of-line or distribution automation. They feature a performance-driven design with heavy-duty bearings, parallel-link construction and high allowable moment of inertia expertly handles large, unbalanced loads, while very fast axis speeds and acceleration capabilities reduce cycle time for increased production. Internally routed cables and airlines maximize reliability and a large pass-through on the T-axis (60 mm or 75 mm depending on the model) enables easy connection to end-of-arm tooling.
These models are offered with 80 kg, 190 kg, 320 kg, 500 kg, and 800 kg payload capacities.
