Smart Vision Lights is pleased to announce the release of our 2nd generation LED structured light projectors. The SXP30 & strobe only high output ODSXP30 LED projectors use etch-masked patterns and optics to provide a focused structured light. This LED based structured lighting has many advantages over its laser-driven counterparts. The SP30 provides much crisper images, with sharper edges, and more uniform illumination eliminating the blurred edges, decay, and speckling present in laser based pattern emitters. LED structured lights are 100% safe and do not carry the same safety concerns as lasers. Standard patterns are single line, single thin line, multiple line, grid, crosshair, full sphere, and half sphere. Any 2D pattern can be achieved and customized based on your application. The size of the projection area can be easily modified by interchanging the external projection optics. The SP30’s uses any standard 2/3” C-mount lens as external optics. Telecentric lenses can also be used for telecentric pattern projection. Available in white, red (625nm), blue (470nm), green (530nm), and, infrared 850nm.
