New Imaging Technologies Product

Dual-response mode (High sensitivity & HDR) SWIR camera

Image of WiDy SenS 640 series

WiDy SenS 640 integrates the NIT  InGaAs sensor NSC1601  (640x512pixel @ 15um) operating in the 900-1700nm range. This camera’s exclusive pixel structure combines a linear and logarithmic response, leading to the best trade-off on the market between high sensitivity and high dynamic range (120 dB). Max full frame rate of 230 FPS, and higher sub-frame rates (up to 10KHz), a unique Gated imaging capability. Its fast-rising time and shortest exposure time, respectively fastest and shortest in the SWIR market, will bring a new way of sensing to your application.

Key features:

  • High quantum efficiency (>70%) from 900 to 1700 nm
  • Frame rate up to 230 fps full frame
  • VGA resolution (640×512)
  • Available with USB 3.0, CameraLink, GigE, and Analog output
  • Bad Pixels Replacement ad smart NUC
  • Gated imaging
