Tubular Framing System
Metalgear's TFS Tubular Framing System is a modular aluminum round profile tube solution designed for lightweight industrial structures, workstation frames, trolleys, and material handling applications. All profiles meet GB5237-2008 standard tolerances with a satin anodized surface finish, and are available in 6000mm standard lengths for domestic delivery and 5800mm for international shipment.
Available tube profiles:
- Tube D28 – plain round aluminum tube, Ø28 mm outer diameter, for standard framing and guardrail construction. Compatible with outer connectors and tube connectors.
- Profile Tube D28 – round profile tube with internal slot geometry for connector attachment
- Double Profile Tube D28 – twin-tube profile for increased structural rigidity
- Profile Tube D28 10-slot – primarily used for connecting panels or castors with plate; compatible with outer connector only
- SW Profile Tube D28 – single wing profile for suspending material boxes; inner connector only
- DW Profile Tube D28 – double wing profile for suspending material boxes; inner connector only
