Machine Guard System
Metalgear's MGS Machine Guard System is a modular safety fencing solution engineered for industrial machine perimeter guarding and operator protection. Built around a rigid aluminum profile frame, the system accommodates either 40×40 woven mesh or 4mm transparent PMMA panels, allowing visibility and airflow requirements to be balanced against enclosure needs.
Available configurations:
- Type A – single panel, widths 500–1000mm
- Type B – two-panel, widths 1000–1250mm
- Type C – three-panel, widths 1250–1500mm
- Heights: 1400mm and 1800mm
- Frame profiles: PG30 (30mm slot) and PG40 (40mm slot)
- Panel options: 40×40 woven mesh (RAL 9006, 9005, 1018) or 4mm transparent PMMA
- Custom RAL color options available on request
Hardware & Accessories:
- Bolt connectors (zinc plated steel)
- Spring clamping nuts (spring steel) for panel installation
- Anti-torsion subsequent nuts (nickel plated steel)
- End caps (black ABS) for profile finishing
