Incorporating a human-inspired design with seven degrees of freedom, operators are provided with the ability to automate tasks that would previously require manual labour.
With whole-body force sensing, each of its axes can detect even the slightest resistance, making it ideal for working alongside human operators, other robots, or in dynamic environments.
Thanks to a payload capacity of 4 kg and the flexibility to be mounted at any angle or on an AMR/AGV platform, the Rizon 4 offers unparalleled versatility.
This adaptability is further enhanced by its ability to automatically compensate for positional variances and external interference, challenges that traditional robots often struggle to accomodate.
For maximum user convenience, Flexiv offers two programming options:
- Flexiv Elements, a drag-and-drop, function-based visual programming system designed for ease of use.
- The Robot Development Kit (RDK), a powerful tool for advanced programmers looking to harness their coding expertise.
With a wide range of pre-programmed ‘primitive’ function blocks, tasks such as contour tracking, grasping, component insertion, screw fastening, and other complex automation tasks can be programmed in minutes instead of days.
