EyeSorter Checkbox: An optical sorting unit designed for high-speed part recognition and orientation with no prior image processing knowledge required.
It is suitable for use with bowl feeders and automatic assembly machines and offers additional functions for measurement and quality assurance.
Key Features:
- Detects parts in milliseconds and processes up to 1800 parts per minute. Equipped with an image capture speed of 7000 lines per second.
- Identifies part orientation and signals rotation or ejection of misaligned parts. - Optional metrology features allow for customizable measurements. Users can define specific metrics to be measured.
- Ensures correct part spacing and ejects parts that are too close to avoid contaminating the good part channel.
- Simple setup with one-time calibration and an intuitive touchscreen interface.
- New components can be trained with a single button press.
- Includes status LED indicators for all signals and all connectors are industry standard M12 for interfacing.
It supports standard Ethernet protocols for factory integration into the SCADA and directs communication to the machine like OPC UA Profinet Modbus IP.
