Designed for the latest generation of welding robots, iCAT offers emergency stop and integrated crash collision circuitry to limit damage to the robot and the weld torch during fabrication. The emergency stop circuit creates an 11th degree buffer in the event of a collision to avoid damage to the robot, the torch, and the welding periphery. The integrated crash protection circuit then signals - during the crash - to immediately stop the robot from moving further.
Central service cables are guided through the 6th axis to offer a high level of safety and flexibility. With iCAT, your robot and welding products are protected with the latest technology in a rugged design that is simple to install.
