JR Automation Employees Raise Over $150,000 in 2024 for Area Non-Profit Organizations

JR Automation, a leading global systems integrator and wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd., is pleased to announce over $150,000 of funds raised by employees in 2024 (including the company’s corporate match) for non-profit organizations.

The fundraising is made possible by the JR Community Care Fund (JRCCF), an employee-led initiative that hosts annual events. Raised funds are distributed to organizations as selected by JR Automation employees.

The JR Community Care Fund (JRCCF) is an employee-driven initiative that hosts innovative fundraisers throughout the year. Their events, from Golf Outings and Softball Tournaments to Chili Cook-offs and flower bouquet sales, are designed to give back to local communities and build strong connections among employees.

JR Automation matches every dollar raised, displaying their commitment to supporting sustainable communities. The funds we generate are distributed to local charities, chosen through nominations and votes by JR team members.

JRCCF was established in 1997 to support fellow employees experiencing hardship. Today, it has grown to include employees from JR Automation facilities across North America and has matured into a self-sustaining operation that brings together hundreds of team members and benefits thousands of people in our communities.
