Lenze Americas Appoints National Distribution Manager

UXBRIDGE, MA – Lenze Americas, a leading global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology, announces the appointment of Jane Watson as national distribution manager for Lenze Americas.

Watson is responsible for leading the company’s overall distribution strategy – her key responsibilities include driving growth through corporate relationships at preferred partners, branch engagement programs, regional business plans and training. Watson has over 25 years of experience in professional sales, project management and engineering.

“Jane brings extensive experience in the drive and manufacturing markets which makes her well-positioned to drive our distribution programs,” said Deb Kling, director of commercial marketing, Lenze Americas. “Jane also has proven leadership skills to manage the development and execution of distributor communication programs, pricing strategies and new policies – an integral part of our distribution programs.”

Previously, Watson served as the southeastern regional manager for Lenze where she was responsible for increasing revenue for all product groups through sales channels including distributors, integrators and OEM and user accounts. Watson was also responsible for managing regional automotive accounts. Prior to joining Lenze, she held a variety of positions with Emerson Control Techniques, Applied Industrial Technologies and the Essex Group.
