Lenze Americas Appoints Director of Human Resources

UXBRIDGE, MA – Lenze Americas, a leading global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology, today announced the appointment of Alethea Previte as director of human resources.

“We are pleased to welcome Althea Previte to Lenze Americas,” states David Cybulski, vice president, finance, Lenze Americas.  “Her expertise and outstanding leadership in human resources will be a major benefit to Lenze as we continue to grow our business.”

Previte is responsible for elevating all human resource capabilities, including employee development, recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits and organizational performance.

Previte joins Lenze from Olympus Americas where she was responsible for all areas of human resources, with a particular focus on performance management, employee development and organizational alignment. In addition, Previte previously gained valuable human resource experience at Boston Scientific, UMass Medical School and AMCG.

Previte earned her Master of Arts in Human Resources from Framingham State University and Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Charleston.
