Montech belts for different integration requirements
Conveyor technology connects process steps in production systems and ensures a continuous material flow. At the same time, systems are becoming more compact, more automated, and increasingly modular. Belt conveyors must therefore be integrated flexibly and support various layout requirements.
With the TB30 and TB40 belt conveyors, Montech offers two systems with distinct technical focuses for distinct system concepts. This Swiss company has been developing standardized belt conveyors, transfer systems, and aluminum framing systems for industrial applications for over 60 years.
Flexible and compact conveyor solutions
The TB30 belt conveyor line is designed for very flexible configuration. Variants include single-, double-, or tandem-track versions, different belt widths, and conveyor lengths, as well as head and center drives, allowing precise adaptation to system layouts. Thanks to its versatility, the TB30 is considered an all-rounder and is used, for example, in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and plastics processing.
The TB40 belt conveyor, on the other hand, features a particularly compact design. The motor is integrated directly into the drive roller, eliminating the need for external drive units. Its closed design requires less space. With integrated speed and positioning control, the basic version offers three selectable and storable fixed speeds.
