Total ETO features a nested dynamic BOM by project\job that can be integrated with any CAD system such as SolidWorks or Inventor. Each (sub)assembly or part can be held back or (re)released as needed to purchasing, allowing long lead items and completed (sub)assemblies to be procured ASAP.
The purchasing screen summarizes all required materials. Buyers can check stock, cut POs and RFQs for required materials without rekeying any data. Buyers can expedite open POs by filtering to items due soon or already overdue. Fabrications can be tracked at all stages, both in house and outsourced.
With over 200 reports, users can slice and dice data as needed, including preliminary or real time committed job costing. Custom reports can be added as needed. Accounts payable and receivable invoices are batched without any data duplication and can be exported to an accounting system such as QuickBooks or Sage.
