Rugged Robotics

Rugged Robotics has designed and built the world’s first self-contained, robotic system that prints detailed, life-size layouts directly onto concrete floors. We provide a complete layout service, parsing digital design data from the CAD models, and deploying with our robotic platform to print detailed layouts, ultimately enabling faster, more accurate installation. Coming off of success printing commercial construction layouts 5x faster than manual, we are expanding into automated manufacturing, distribution, and data center applications. In these facilities, we mark a variety of features including walls, fencing, electrical drops, data drops, cell identification, specialty flooring, fabrication systems (including flange positions and bolt holes), and anything else the contractor or customer may need. Our solution accelerates installation by at least 50%, eliminates rework, and enables faster go-live dates. We are interested in connecting with forward-thinking industry players unsatisfied with the status quo of manual layout.
