RMCs are designed to optimize challenging applications with an analog resolution of up to 18 bits for both inputs and outputs and control loop times down to 125 µsec. The RMC200 Standard is for large applications with up to 50 axes of motion, and the RMC200 Lite handles up to 18 axes. The RMC150 supports up to 8 axes, and the RMC75 handles systems with 1 to 2 axes. The RMC200, RMC150, and RMC75 are programmed via the same powerful RMCTools software package. RMCTools is used for setting up, tuning, troubleshooting, programming, and controlling all features of Delta's motion controllers. RMCTools is a development environment, which allows for plotting, logging, and programming, providing an immediate overview and easy access to all aspects of your motion application. Connect RMCTools via USB, Ethernet, or RS-232 serial. Supported operating systems include Windows 11/10/8.1/7. Our software is completely free and available for download on our website.
