Medical Aerial Syringe Assembly

This automated system was developed to assemble a Medical Aerial Syringe platform supporting more than 120 product variants across seven core components. The project required flexibility to manage high product variation and an unfrozen design while maintaining production efficiency and process control.
The solution utilizes a 12-station dial indexing system integrated with a vision-guided assembly robot to ensure accurate part placement and alignment across variants. Six precision feeders supply components to the dial, enabling reliable part presentation and consistent flow through the system.
