Kence Anderson is the CEO and Co-founder of Composabl, Inc. and author of Designing Autonomous AI: A Guide for Machine Teaching. He was formally part of Microsoft’s Bonsai team and has helped hundreds of companies solve their AI and automation challenges. Kence teaches Autonomous AI design and consults enterprises on how to build their autonomous systems organizations and practices. Kence has pioneered uses for Autonomous AI in industry and designed over 150 autonomous decision-making AI systems for large enterprises.
John Avery, Director, ATDC
John Avery is the Director of the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC), where he leads initiatives to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the tech sector. With a background in both business and engineering, John holds a master’s degree in engineering management from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Before joining ATDC, John held several key positions in the tech industry, including roles in product development and strategic planning at prominent companies such as Siemens and Intel.
Jeffrey Adolf, Enterprise Vision Specialist, 3M
Jeff Adolf is a technical leader at 3M in the area of automated inspection and machine vision. He holds a dual B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota as well as a master’s degree with an emphasis in traditional image processing and machine learning. Over the past 10 years, Jeff has developed and deployed custom inspection systems to solve challenging inspection applications across 3M’s global footprint. Furthermore, he leads the strategy and execution of new vision technology platforms. Recently, he has championed the field of deep learning for vision, bringing novel defect detection and classification capabilities that impact operational efficiency, product yield, and new product commercialization.
