Jim Beretta is president at Customer Attraction, a Marketing Consulting company specializing in the automation and robotics industry. He is best known as the driving force behind marketing and branding for one of North America’s largest automation integrators, with over 20 years in the automation industry. He operates his marketing consultancy and works with Automation manufacturers, distributors, robot companies and the automation community around the world. Jim is a speaker and moderator at industry conferences and is an expert at marketing and branding. He is also a member of A3 Robotics.
Chris McMonigle, Territory Manager, LMI Technologies
Chris McMonigle is Territory Manager at LMI Technologies. He brings over ten years of hands-on experience in 3D scanning, metrology, automation, and machine vision to his role. Chris specializes in vision-based AI inspection solutions that enable manufacturers to achieve higher quality standards and greater operational efficiency.He works closely with companies across diverse industries, including automotive, robotic guidance, battery, packaging/logistics, food processing, medical devices, and aerospace. Based in the Orange County area of Southern California, he helps clients implement cutting-edge Gocator Smart Sensors and advanced 2D/3D machine vision systems to enhance quality control and productivity.
Prior to joining LMI Technologies, McMonigle served customers in robotic 3D metrology systems, focused on Scan to CAD comparison. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from San Diego State University and is passionate about supporting the future of smart factory automation through innovative 2D & 3D vision technology.

Sander Lensen is Manager Research & Development at AWL Techniek, where he leads innovation in robotics, AI, and advanced automation solutions for the manufacturing industry.
