Robot Checks 3D Geometries of White Products in a Compact Space

An upside-down robot checks 3D geometries on white goods. When space is limited, a smart and compact measurement technology solution requires a sophisticated design. This is no problem for senswork. In one of our delivered systems, we simply designed everything vertically and placed the robot upside down at a height of over 9 feet. A total of three 2D cameras and a 3D profile scanner check the dimensional accuracy of products from a large manufacturer of white goods.
