Manual Test Station with 3-axis System for Connector Assemblies

With 18 images at different positions and focus levels on the component, the senswork camera system inspects a connector assembly simultaneously on the front and back. With a resolution of 8 µm/pixel and using a specially developed stitching tool, the images are stitched together before the actual evaluation and combined into an extremely high-resolution overall image. It is also possible to inspect the assembly from the front and back simultaneously.
