RVSI Gets $300,000 Machine Vision Factory Automation Equipment Order

NASHUA, NEW HAMPSHIRE - January 20, 2004 - Robotic Vision Systems, Inc. (RVSI) (RVSI.PK) today said its Acuity CiMatrix Division had received a $300,000 order for its Visionscape™ machine vision products for use by a major, diversified food company for use in a North American automation program to improve packaging uniformity. RVSI's machine vision products will be used to verify defect-free packaging in a high-speed environment.
