Raptor Photonics offers the Owl 640 S for high-speed SWIR imaging. It is a digital 12-bit SWIR camera using a 640 x 512 InGaAs FPA sensor, enabling high-sensitivity imaging from 0.9µm to 1.7µm and running at up to 300fps. The sensor is temperature stabilized and offers low read-out noise. It offers real-time 3-point NUC correction. It is compact and rugged, operating from -20°C up to 55°C.
