Point Grey Research Announces New Distributor in Singapore and Malaysia

April 29, 2008 - Vancouver, BC, Canada - Point Grey Research® Inc., a world leader in advanced digital camera systems, today announced the appointment of Voltrium Systems Pte. Ltd. as its sole distributor in Singapore and Malaysia.
Headquartered in Singapore, Voltrium Systems will market, sell and support all Point Grey products in Singapore and Malaysia, including Point Grey's line of IEEE-1394 (FireWire) cameras and accessories. Customers will see immediate benefits as a result of providing local distribution of Point Grey products through Voltrium Systems, such as more efficient sales channels, faster response times, and first-hand technical support.
'South East Asia represents a rapidly growing market for Point Grey, particularly as users in the region become more aware of the quality, ease-of-use and value they receive with our products,' says Vladimir Tucakov, Director at Point Grey Research. With immediate effect, Voltrium Systems, managed by Kenny Goh, will be the first point of contact and handle all product inquiries, orders and technical support for Point Grey’s customers in Singapore and Malaysia.
