NIWeek 2012 Breaks Attendance Records, Launches Groundbreaking Products and Showcases the Latest Tools for Scientific Discovery

NIWeek 2012 hosted more than 3,500 attendees, including nearly 600 NI Alliance Partners.

NEWS RELEASE – National Instruments this week welcomed a record 3,500+ attendees to the Austin Convention Center for the 18th annual graphical system design conference and exhibition. The three-day conference ran Aug. 7–9 and included the unveiling of the world’s first software-designed instrument, the NI PXIe-5644R vector signal transceiver; LabVIEW 2012 system design software with application architecture structures and stability improvements; and more than 40 products such as the NI Single-Board RIO General-Purpose Inverter Controller and stand-alone NI CompactDAQ chassis.

With this week’s announcements, NI President, CEO and Cofounder Dr. James Truchard reinforced the company’s vision that software will continue to be instrumental in its commitment to equip engineers and scientists with the ultimate graphical system design tools.
