New version of ToolTracker released by Radix
Radix Technology Solutions, a division of the AIS Technologies Group, is pleased to announce the release of a new version of their vision-based tracking application at the trade show & conference “Automate 2019”. This vision product, ToolTracker V4, is designed for error proofing & controlling nutrunner fastening sequences by precisely & accurately tracking the position of a hand tool in 3D space.
This release of ToolTracker, version 4.0, provides enhanced product features and improved accuracy. It has also expanded to include the capability to track hand tools in relation to moving parts, maintaining its high levels of accuracy. The user interface has continued to improve with version 4.0, now delivering real time operator instructions per fastening location more clearly & effectively. In addition, ToolTracker V4 interfaces directly to a torque controller & a PLC, for real time control & communication.
