New Directors Added to the Automated Imaging Association Board

Automated Imaging AssocationHenrik Ilsby is Senior Vice President responsible for Sales and Marketing at JAI A/S, leading the worldwide sales and corporate development of the Camera business unit.  He has been involved in machine vision since 1983.

Kevin Schultz is Director of HW Product Strategy at National Instruments and was an original member and manager of NI’s Vision team.

‘‘I am looking forward to working with both of theses outstanding executives to help promote the use of machine vision’‘, said Jeffrey A. Burnstein, AIA’s Executive Director.

In addition to Ilsby and Schultz, the AIA Board members include:  John Merva, AIA President and President of Tattile USA; Joseph Christenson, President & CEO, PPT Vision; David Dechow, President, aptúra Machine Vision Solutions; Terry Guy, Product Marketing Manager, Eastman Kodak Company; Dietmar Ley, CEO, Basler Vision AG; Amir Novini, President/CEO, Applied Vision Company; Jim O’Hanley, President, CCS America, Inc.; Sean Phillips, General Manager – Vision Products, Electro Scientific Industries, Inc.; Keith Reuben, President, DALSA Coreco; Bob Settle, Director of Marketing, DVT Corporation; John Stack, President/COO, Edmund Optics; and Vic Wintriss, President, Wintriss Engineering Corporation.

Donald Vincent, Executive Vice President, Automation Technologies Council, serves as an ex-officio member of the Board.
