National Instruments Announces 2012 Green Engineering Grant Program

- The grant program aids eligible small companies and research groups focused on innovative control and measurement applications in renewable energy and clean-tech fields worldwide.
- Because of the success of customers involved in the NI Green Engineering Grant program, the company is renewing the program for another year.
- Over the past two years, the NI green grant program has helped more than 40 companies deliver their clean energy solutions to market faster through applications such as wind power, energy storage and electric vehicles.
The grant assists the creation of innovative solutions that can address today’s complex renewable energy and electrical power challenges associated with the advancement of smart-grid, energy storage, electric vehicles and grid-tied power electronics control systems.
