Mr. David J. Snell has always been actively involved in the high technology marketplace, with responsibilities ranging from systems programming, solution selling, sales and marketing, team building, channel development, strategic and tactical operations planning and executive management.

The progression and development of his skills and experience has included technology startups and Fortune 500 companies in situations from extraordinary expansion to major re-engineering and rightsizing.

His unique background includes sales territory development and then corporate marketing for IBM, the founding of a vertical market software solutions company and spearheading International and National sales, services, and marketing operations for Oracle, Data General and Nice Systems. Most recently, he helped build three small high technology companies into worldwide leaders in their chosen vertical market niches, resulting in the sale of one of them at very high multiples.
