JAI Group Implements Management Changes

On Monday September 20, 2004, the JAI Group implemented a new management structure: Jørgen Andersen, CEO of the JAI Group, now also assumes the position as CEO of JAI PULNiX. Toshi Hori now assumes the position as Chief Technology Officer of the JAI Group. Toshi will continue to work out of the Sunnyvale, CA location, where he will be leading the New Business & Technology unit. The restructure continues the integration of JAI PULNIX into the JAI Group. At the same time, it creates an environment hospitable to the incubation of new business and the development of new technology.
